WHAT DOES THE CHALLENGE INVOLVE?

The Wickedbodz Challenge is about becoming the best version of you. We have put together a comprehensive package to help you achieve your best possible results.

WHAT DO I RECEIVE WHEN I SIGN UP?

Nutritional advice and education to help achieve your goals. Whether trimming up and reducing fat or building muscle, we'll help you with the right advice. We'll also provide you with our meal plan eBook filled with recipe ideas and meal plans schedule to guide you along your journey. All meals are prepared by our gym trainer and chef, James Matolich.

Unlimited access to all group classes. Choose from an array of different classes to suit your fitness goals. We have boxing, HIIT cardio bases classes such as, Fastlane 50, Fastlane MIIT and Boxing circuit to unique circuit-based strength classes including Wicked Assault, Circuit strength, and Wicked Signature. Book into as many classes as you want and gain the benefits of closely monitored training from our professional and dedicated trainers.

Access to our private Facebook Challenge forum where we discuss mindset, accountability and answer any questions you may have in regards to health and fitness. Access our video chat sessions where you will get your questions answered.

3 full-body scans on our own Evolt360 in-body scanning machine. Unlike a regular scale, the Evolt360 gives you a complete and comprehensive measure and benchmark of your body composition. Know exactly what percentage of body fat, visceral fat, muscle and other metrics to measure along your fitness and transformation journey.

 

NUTRITION

  • Meal Plan created by Wickedbodz Chef and Trainer James
  • Food diary checked regularly & feedback provided
  • We can also provide a personalised nutrition plan suited to your goals (additional cost)

EXERCISE

  • Aim to train for 45 minutes every day! The Challenge includes UNLIMITED group training plus a full access gym membership
  • You will also receive a daily challenge to complete eg Planks
  • We can also provide a personalised training program suited to your goals (additional cost)
  • Group sessions include MIIT, Fastlane50, Wickedbodz Signature, Strength, Boxing Circuit and Muay Thai Circuit.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

  • Advice on goal setting and staying motivated
  • Daily support from our trainers
  • Daily goals such as listening to a podcast, reading a chapter of a book, meditation or breathwork etc

SELF REFLECTION & ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Look at yourself at the end of each day and ask yourself "Could I have done better?". Look at each area and make a plan to improve every day.
  • Every 3 weeks you will can schedule time to sit down with one of our trainers to go over your food diary, training plan and ask any questions to ensure you are on track to achieve your goals
  • Regular progress tracking (measurements, weigh-ins, photos etc)
You will get out of it what YOU put into it! We will give everyone the same tools, some will use them, some won't.
