James has been working in the health and fitness industry for 5 years and has undergone his own personal fitness journey losing an amazing 25kgs. As James was changing his life through health and fitness he decided he wanted to help others reach their own personal goals incorporating the lessons he has learnt from his own personal experiences.
Prior to personal training James was a chef for 10 years, with this he has been able to create his own healthy and tasty menu’s making it easier for his clients to stick to a healthy diet.
Specialising in Thai Boxing, Boxing and Strength & Conditioning, James has spent a lot of time overseas training and even lived in Thailand for 4 months training and competing in Thai Boxing.
Working at Wickedbodz since 2015, James says he loves the atmosphere the gym brings and how everybody works together as a team, it’s a very personal gym there’s no egos which can be hard to find these days.
