My name is Emilia, I started the challenge at 61.3 kg and finished at 53.7 kg with 15.1% body fat. I joined the challenge out of curiosity about the physical results and how I would feel if I trained hard and ate nothing but healthy for 12 weeks.
As the challenge is over, I’m stronger and fitter than ever, and another incredible thing is how good my normally sensitive stomach been feeling while cutting down on sugar and empty carbs.
The best thing about the challenge is how much I’ve learnt about food, training and my own body. It’s been a lesson that I’ll benefit from for the rest of my life.
I realised that you can’t expect to be healthy for the rest of your life if you feed your body with crappy food, and not exercising enough!
