My name is Matt.. I started this challenge with the goal of improving fitness and losing the excess weight. I started at 126kgs and finished at 108kgs after the 12 weeks. Ive improves in all areas:
1. Fat Loss
2. Muscle Gain
3. Fitness improved
4. Better version of myself
