My name is Matt.. I started this challenge with the goal of improving fitness and losing the excess weight. I started at 126kgs and finished at 108kgs after the 12 weeks.
I’ve improves in all areas:
- Fat Loss
- Muscle Gain
- Fitness improved
- Better version of myself
I’ve still got some work to do, but this has been a great start for me and feel like I’m well on my way.
